Open dinner, guests will enjoy favorites such as Barbecued Ribs, Orzo Mac n’ Cheese, Grilled Steaks, Rotisserie Chicken and Butterscotch Pudding.  Lighter fare includes hearty organic salads, fresh seafood hot off la plancha and thin-crust pizzas.
